Forklift Operator

Programmed Skilled Workforce are currently seeking reliable & hard-working Operator Forklift Operator for an immediate start for our client located in Dandenong South

Our client is a well-established Australian manufacturer and distributor of steel building products, long steel, sheet, and coil, with over 20 years of industry experience. They are specialists in all things steel and steel accessories.

Location: Dandenong South

Hours: Monday – Friday, 6:00am-2:00pm

Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts ranging from 5T to 12T capacity
• Operate an overhead crane
• Unload large steel coils and rolls
• Safely handle bulky and heavy materials

About You:

• Proven experience operating forklifts and overhead cranes
• Experience handling bulky or heavy goods
• Experience with manual handling of steel coils (open coils)
• A strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment Drug & Alcohol test and Police Check
